Dealing with False Allegations

For various reasons, which I discuss on this Coaching Course, making false Allegations by your ex to cause you difficulties in seeing the children is rife in the Family Courts. The court are unable to tell the difference at first between a true allegation or a false one, and so they have to put in place a process which can take from a couple of months to a year in order to determine the truth, or otherwise. The big problem is that you may not see your children during that time. The same thing happens when they want to justify their reasons for leaving you.

Most relationships breakdown with animosity between the parties, and a desire to stop you getting what you want.

The fist you may be aware of things heading in this direction is a Non-Molestation Order being served on you, totally out of the blue. If this has happened, you need to read the order VERY CAREFULLY and not do anything that you are ordered not to. Too many people immediately make contact to ask their ex whats going on, and find they have already breached the order to not communicate with them. STOP. DO NOTHING. Read the order carefully and then book yourself on this Coaching Course. You will have what is known as a 'Return Date Hearing' where you ahve some options. These are discussed on the course, after which you may have averted a nightmare, or you will be caught up in one. Either way, you need a way through it, which is exactly what this Coaching Course provides.
