Many CAFCASS Officers are good at their job and can understand the situation and make a good clear recommendation that makes sense, whether you like it or not. But there are others that will be biased, make assumptions and have their own ideas as to what should happen, disregarding your points and riding roughshod over common sense and reason

In this situation, you need to object. The first step is to consider the recommendation properly. It may seem unfair or wrong, but is that just your point of view or will others see the same unfairness? Is there a clear bias against you, or are assumptions being made which affect the outcome. These are the two most common failings which should be challenged, but there are others. It may also be that the report is actually OK, you can live with it, but the recommendation for future contact is too severe, it does not show future progression, and it may leave you in a dead end unable to develop your relationship with your children fairly. You will need to attend a hearing to challenge CAFCASS, which is done under cross examination. You can ask them questions about the report to uncover the real situation in front of a Judge and you will succeed if you can persuade the Judge that the outcome is wrong.
