Your First Financial Hearing

This Coaching Course will allow you to get from zero to the end of your First Financial Hearing, understanding the whole process, what is expected of you and what documents to provide. Going to court is never easy, but when there is so much riding on your success in court, you need to get things right. Your Form E needs to be completed properly, your questionnaire needs to uncover the things your ex has hidden from you, the ES1 and ES2 forms are important for the Judge to be able to see at a glance what your case is about, so it needs to be correct. Not only does the paperwork need to be right, and sensible, but your attendance at the First Hearing needs to be confident, and knowing that you are aware of what will happen and how to deal with things that will be considered by the Judge.

Dont leave things to chance. Dont just cross your fingers and hope for the best. Learn what happens, understand it and be ready for it.
