The Court has only heard one side of the story, and so you have the right to put your version of events across in order to clear your name, to get justice, to keep thing fair, to remove an order which should never have been made in the first place.The problem you face is you will usually have to fight back against a Solicitor and Barrister who do this every day. They know what buttons to push, they know that you are probably out of your depth, and you may well show your frustration in anger or being rude, giving them even more evidence to show that you were probably abusive despite your claims of innocence.What you need is a clear, though through approach which calmly and meticulously deals with everything that has been thrown at you. You need to do it with dignity and professionally.

These orders are usually made without you knowing anything about the application.  They are used increasingly more and more since legal Aid was removed unless there were allegations of Domestic Abuse, hence why so many cases have false allegations made.
